Following its highly acclaimed debut at the Musikfest Berlin 2013, the orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin under musical director Donald Runnicles tackles a programme in which (late) Romantic orchestral sounds meet three orchestral songs composed in the early 1980s.
