Valencia's Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia presents Benjamin Britten's 'The Turn of the Screw' in a new production by Davide Livermore.
Based on Henry James' short novel of the same name, Britten's opera was first performed in Venice in 1954. Departing from traditional subjects, Britten created an operatic ghost story, for which he composed some of his most successful music.
