Ariel vs. Saleem: Israel Chamber Orchestra

Flute against piano, baton to baton, Ariel Zuckermann and Saleem Abboud Ashkar face off on stage with the Israel Chamber Orchestra, with a program of two symphonies and two concertos.

Both conductors are also instrumental soloists of the highest order. Zuckermann will perform Beethoven's Second Piano Concerto, and Ashkar will be the soloist for the Concerto for Solo Flute and Strings by Israeli‐Georgian composer Josef Bardanashvili.
