The French string quartet Quatuor Ébène performs a variety of genres from classical to contemporary, jazz, and also crossover. This program at the Philharmonie Berlin includes string quartets by Haydn, Debussy, and Beethoven.

The Quatuor Ébène was founded in 1999 and has since been awarded some of the most prestigious prizes including first prize the ARD International Music Competition in 2004.
