Placido Domingo himself will conduct the NCPA Orchestra in the final gala performance of this prestigious competition.

The National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing hosts Placido Domingo's Operalia, The World Opera Competition this summer.
Placido Domingo's Operalia, The World Opera Competition is an initiative of the renowned tenor himself. Forty extraordinary young singers will compete. Twenty will reach the semi‐finals, and ten will be chosen as finalists.
