莫扎特晚宴和新年音乐盛典

萨尔斯堡是莫扎特的故乡。萨尔斯堡到处都能听到莫扎特美妙的音乐之声。
具有800多年历史的圣彼得大修道院的巴洛克（Barocksaal im Stiftskeller St. Peter)餐厅定期举办的莫札特音乐晚宴（Mozart Dinner Concert）闻名天下。美国总统克林顿（Colinton)和他的夫人希拉里(Hillary)曾在这里留下过足迹。
晚宴在莫扎特著名的歌剧《魔笛》，《费加罗的婚礼》，《唐璜》美妙的选段中进行。烛光摇弋，美酒醇口，乐曲悦耳，是您到萨尔斯堡游玩不可错过的行程计划之一。

Lobster au gratin on risotto of saffron and champagne‐buttersauce or

Iced dessert wine praline on passion fruit and dark chocolate

During the concert breaks you will enjoy the following gourmet meal:
Mousse of ruccola and parmesan cheese and venison carpaccio with balsamico‐cranberry foam
Consommé of veal with dumplings of pistachios and Madeira wine
Roasted filet of beef on truffled roulade of potato and barolo glace or
Scallops and king prawns on Riesling risotto with foam of lemon grass
Duet of rasperry with white chocolate
