The Budapest Music Center (BMC) was founded by trombonist and academy professor László Gőz in 1996. The information center's main purpose is to collect information about Hungarian classical and contemporary musicians, recordings, compositions and performances.
The BMC has hosted renowned music competitions and classical, contemporary and jazz events since 1997.
