Built for the 1936 Olympic Games, the Waldbühne or Woodland Stage, has hosted cultural events of every stripe — from a notorious Rolling Stones concert that ended in a riot to the Berlin Philharmonic's annual summer season, featuring international stars alongside the acclaimed orchestra.
Seating over 22,000 people, the Waldbühne is modeled on a classical Greek amphitheater, ensuring that all attendees have excellent sightlines, despite the last row being over 93 meters from the stage!
