This massive outdoor venue in Berlin's western suburbs is the German capital's largest entertainment venue. Built for the 1936 Olympic Games, the Waldbühne or Woodland Stage, has hosted cultural events of every stripe — from a notorious Rolling Stones concert that ended in a riot to the Berlin Philharmonic's annual summer season, featuring international stars alongside the acclaimed orchestra.
Seating over 22,000 people, the Waldbühne is modeled on a classical Greek amphitheater, ensuring that all attendees have excellent sightlines, despite the last row being over 93 meters from the stage!
