Revel in a feast of Beethoven. Renowned pianist Kristian Bezuidenhout plays the Third Piano Concerto, and a stellar team of soloists sing 'Christ on the Mount of Olives' under Jan Caeyers, at the head of the Concert Olympique.

Beethoven's only oratorio, 'Christ on the Mount of Olives' deals with the torment of Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane. Tenor Steve Davislim has garnered acclaim for his oratorio performances, as well as on the opera stage, and is joined by equally celebrated colleagues Marlis Petersen and Dietrich Henschel for this unusually humanist rendering of the Passion tale.
