Join the Konzerthaus orchestra's two solo cellists, Stefan Giglberger and Friedemann Ludwig, as they pay homage to the great virtuoso.
Accompanied by Rostropovich' countryman, pianist Mikhail Mordvinov, the two cellists play works by the twentieth century composers 'Slava' championed, including Prokofiev, Benjamin Britten, Mieczyslaw Weinberg, Dimitri Kabalevski, Henri Dutilleux, and Astor Piazzolla.
