For Good Friday, the Palazzo Chigi‐Saracini offers splendid surroundings for a concert of liturgical music. The Choir of the Cathedral of Siena performs under the direction of Lorenzo Donati.

The program ranges from the Renaissance sounds of Orlando di Lasso to contemporary composer Wolfgang Rihm, with sacred music by Michael Haydn, Giorgio Federico, Francis Poulenc, Goffredo Petrassi, Salvatore Sciarrino.
