Piano concert: Mozart, Schumann, Schubert
Over het evenement
Master of an infinite range of colours, Jean‐Marc Luisada takes us through the ages, embracing the two centuries with the same passion. The pianist proposes here a piano with a thousand faces.
Mozart's 'Alla turca' Sonata is undoubtedly one of the most famous works of the classical period, due to its third movement. After the lively Mozartian silver, the Davidsbündlertänze illustrate the complex personality of Schumann who, in his pages, stages the two facets of his personality, Florestan the spirited and Eusebius the dreamer. As for Schubert's ultimate sonata, it overturns by its obstinate path from shadow to light, carried by the powerful writing of a Schubert at the height of his genius.
