Allerheiligen Hofkirche: Mozarty Y Mambo

Over het evenement

Immerse yourself in the stunning architecture of Munich's breathtaking Allerheiligen Hofkirche for the ultimate concert set to awake your understanding of chamber music.

This exciting, unique project combines popular horn works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with traditional Cuban music. For some, this may not be the most obvious combination, but for all those who are now wondering why Mozart should be recorded in Cuba, be proven wrong: just listen to it and you will know why! The energy and passion of these musicians is so inspiring and intoxicating that the special atmosphere is immediately palpable. The chamber orchestra is made up of young, talented Cuban musicians and is led by conductor José Antonio Mendéz Padrón, whose incredible energy and rhythmic sensitivity have definitely been captured wonderfully. And last but not least, Sarah Willis is an excellent, internationally acclaimed horn virtuoso. Listening to this ravishing Mozart‐mambo mix, you just want to dance. A wonderful Mozart homage!
