| ピアニスト: | Pascal Mantin Concert pianist and chamber musician par excellence, Pascal Mantin began his studies at a mere five years of age, graduating from the regional conservatoire with honours at just 15. Further studies followed at a national level, with several international competition wins continuing Mantin's stellar trajectory. In demand across Europe and beyond, Mantin is a frequent presence on the French national radio, and boasts an impressive discography as both a collaborative pianist, notably with Trio Daphnis and Trio Solstice, and as a soloist. |

パリの歴史ある5区、通称ラテン地区のひっそりとした一角に佇むこの小さな趣ある教会は、まさに隠れた名所である。1733年に正統なコリント式で建設されたこの教会は、19世紀後半まで様々な修道会に利用された後、ロベール・ド・ムンとアルベール・ド・ムン兄弟が創設したカトリック社会運動の中心地となった。内部は古典的な装飾が施され、印象的な絵画コレクションが飾られている。 サン＝エフレム教会はクラシック音楽コンサートの人気会場であり、居心地の良い親密な雰囲気と優れた音響が地元住民と観光客の両方を惹きつけています。
フレデリック・ショパン
フレデリック・ショパンはロマン派時代のポーランド人作曲家・ピアニスト（19世紀前半）である。主にピアノ独奏曲を手掛けたが、ピアノ協奏曲、室内楽作品、ポーランド語の歌詞を付けた歌曲も残している。同時代の比類なき詩的天才として広く知られている。実際、彼は器楽的バラードという概念を創出し、その演奏は繊細さと微妙なニュアンスの表現で知られた。生涯の大半をパリで過ごし、サロンという親密な雰囲気の中で演奏した。生涯を通じて病弱であり、その結果、おそらく結核により39歳という若さで亡くなった。

The interior of the venue was too hot. The atmosphere of the concert would be better if at least some ventilation was provided. Could not concentrate to the concert. Only the music was good.

Wonderful romantic evening with candle lights and the best Chopin pianist. Di Tanna was exceptional in choosing pieces from the Pianist and offering comments of what transpired these pieces. Wonderful.

This was one of the most passionate and intense concerts i ever saw. The pianist , Elio Di Tanna plays marvellously several Chopin pieces and the audience applauded him for long 10 minutes.
