Shanghai Quartet & Members of the SSO (I)

Works by Beethoven, Debussy, Ravel and Smetana will be performed by the Shanghai Quartet and the members of the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra.

The Shanghai Quartet was formed in 1983 and is one of the best Quartets in China. The New York Times has commended the ensemble on an outstanding performance with the words: "the whole performance was superb" .
