Enjoy a wonderful organ concert by Christian Schmitt at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.

The soloist for this performance is Saarland organist Christian Schmitt, and the conductor of the German Radio Philharmonic Saarbrücken Kaiserslautern is also an organist – five years after his Liszt solo programme in the Grand Auditorium, Martin Haselböck returns as conductor. In addition to arrangements of two works by Liszt, he will conduct the most famous work by the Belgian organist and composer Jongen (1873–1953), the Symphonie concertante pour orgue et orchestre op. 81.
