Il Vivian Beaumont Theater at Lincoln Center è l'unico teatro di Broadway di New York che non si trova nel Midtown Theater District. Gestito dal Lincoln Center Theater dagli anni '80, il Vivian Beaumont è unico anche per essere un'organizzazione senza scopo di lucro.
La struttura Upper West Side di Eero Saarinen, inaugurata nel 1965, contiene in realtà tre distinti spazi teatrali, e offre un programma che combina grandi produzioni musicali e drammatiche con opere Off‐Broadway, e pezzi di voci emergenti nell'intimo teatro sul tetto aperto nel 2012. Tra le anteprime degne di nota al Vivian Beaumont ci sono 'Six Degrees of Separation', e le prime produzioni di Broadway di 'Arcadia', 'The Light in the Piazza' e 'War Horse'.
