| Klavier: | Elio von Tanna Der französische Pianist und Komponist blickt auf eine lange und abwechslungsreiche Karriere in der Musik zurück. Er bewegt sich mühelos zwischen den Genres und ist als klassischer Konzertpianist als Solist und Kammermusiker in ganz Europa aufgetreten. Außerdem ist er regelmäßig in Radio‐ und Fernsehsendungen zu hören. Seine beeindruckende Diskografie spiegelt sein breites Spektrum an Talenten und Interessen wider, das von Jazz und Kabarett bis hin zu den großen Klassikern reicht. Besonders bekannt für seine Interpretationen von Werken des 19. Jahrhunderts, insbesondere von Chopin, tritt di Tanna regelmäßig in einigen der schönsten Kirchen und kleinen Konzertsälen von Paris auf. Elio di Tanna engagiert sich auch für die Verbindung von Musik und Theater und wurde 2015 für seine Zusammenarbeit mit André Dussollier an „Novecento“, einer Adaption des gleichnamigen Buches, mit dem Molière‐Preis ausgezeichnet. |

Kirche Saint-Ephrem
Diese kleine, malerische Kirche liegt in einer abgelegenen Ecke des historischen fünften Arrondissements von Paris, auch bekannt als Quartier Latin, und ist ein wahrhaft verstecktes Juwel. Die 1733 im korinthischen Stil erbaute Kirche wurde bis zum Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts von verschiedenen Orden genutzt, bevor sie zum Zentrum der von Robert und Albert de Mun gegründeten katholischen Sozialbewegungen wurde. Das Innere ist klassisch mit einer beeindruckenden Sammlung von Gemälden geschmückt. Die Kirche Saint-Ephrem ist ein beliebter Veranstaltungsort für klassische Konzerte, da ihre gemütliche, intime Atmosphäre und ihre hervorragende Akustik sowohl Einheimische als auch Touristen anzieht.
Frédéric Chopin
Frédéric Chopin war ein polnischer Komponist und Pianist der Romantik (frühes 19. Jahrhundert). Er komponierte vor allem Klavierstücke, aber auch Klavierkonzerte, Kammermusik und Lieder mit polnischen Texten. Er gilt als poetisches Genie, das in seiner Generation ohnegleichen war. Tatsächlich schuf er das Konzept der instrumentalen Ballade, und seine Darbietungen zeichneten sich durch ihre Sensibilität und feine Differenziertheit aus. Er verbrachte den größten Teil seines Lebens in Paris, wo er in der intimen Atmosphäre von Salons auftrat. Die meiste Zeit seines Lebens litt er unter schlechter Gesundheit. Infolgedessen starb er relativ jung im Alter von 39 Jahren, wahrscheinlich an Tuberkulose.

Elio di Tanna was absolutely brilliant. I sat 2 rows back aisle seat right so I could see his hands. he plays so cleanly and with confidence. almost all of the compositions he played were from memory‐ i cant believe how wonderful a piano sounds when played by someone that talented

The interior of the venue was too hot. The atmosphere of the concert would be better if at least some ventilation was provided. Could not concentrate to the concert. Only the music was good.

Das Konzert war das Geld allemal wert: Ein hervorragender Pianist mit einem guten Programm in einem (nach Abschalten der elektrischen Beleuchtung) angenehmen Ambiente und in einer Kapelle mit passender Größe und wirklich guter Akustik. Die Organisation einschl. der Abwicklung der Bezahlung und der Zusendung der Online‐Tickets war problemlos.
