The exceptionally young Italian violinist Anna Tifu offers a unique concert at the Aula Magna of Sapienza University in Rome.
Tifu is one of the new stars of classical music. Winner of the 2007 George Enescu Competition in Bucharest, Tifu is considered one of the leading violinist of her generation. In partnership with excellent French pianist Julien Quentin, this concert promises to be rich in colors and sound. Quentin has established himself as a versatile and sensitive musician, exhibiting great maturity and poise. At Sapienza University of Rome the audience will be able to enjoy a repertoire that includes: Prokofiev's Sonata n. 2 in D major op. 94 bis, Chausson's Poème in E flat major op. 25, Schumann's Fantasia in C major op. 131 and Ravel's Sonata in G major.
