The New York ensemble 'The Knights' plays together with the charismatic Israeli mandolin player Avi Avital contemporary, classical and traditional music.

'The Knights' play early music as vividly as if it had only been written yesterday and new music with great naturalness and familiarity. As a soloist Avi Avital can be experienced with the ensemble in the arrangement of a Bach harpsichord concerto as well as with music from the Middle East, the Klezmer tradition and the Balkans.
