Tonkünstler chief conductor Andrés Orozco‐Estrada conducts one of the most moving compositions written by the Italian master Giuseppe Verdi. In the Prélude you can enjoy works by Donizetti, Puccini and Verdi's String Quartet. On the big stage, this celebration of Verdi's 200th birthday will conclude the 2013 Grafenegg Festival.

The Grafenegg Festival presents a top‐class program of concerts with renowned orchestras, conductors and international star‐soloists. This year, enjoy a series of concerts including musical journeys to South America, swing music, highlights of the romantic period and unforgettable fireworks. On mild summer evenings, performances are in the open; in poor weather, the Auditorium opens its doors.
