Together with the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic Orchestra, pianist Denis Matsuev presents an all‐Russian program at the Concertgebouw.

The charismatic virtuoso performs Shostakovich's Piano Concerto No. 2. A jazzy, light, and festive piece that is followed by Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 1. An emotional roller‐coaster, this piece is very Russian in character — mysterious and dramatic.
