The Garrison is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Historic Bridgetown and its Garrison & once Britain’s largest military installation in the Eastern Caribbean. Watching the horses race on the beautiful green turf is a highlight for some, others prefer to enjoy watching these beautiful race horses take their morning sea bath and exercise on Pebbles Beach. On this excursion, you will be picked up from your hotel to take you around the Garrison pointing out historical landmarks & sights like the Main Guard & the house where George Washington stayed on his visit to Barbados as a young man.
