Delight in the virtuosity — and variety — of the celebrated violinist's playing. Mutter and Orkis continue their long‐established partnership with this diverse program.

Beginning with 'Clockwork', by Sebastian Currier, also a long‐time collaborator, Mutter then moves to the classical lyricism of Mozart's late Sonata in A Major. Fireworks follow the interval, with Saint‐Saëns' spectacular 'Introduction and Rondo capriccioso' following Respighi's Sonata in B minor, known both for its evocative Andante, and a diabolically demanding finale.
