Homage to Pierre Boulez: Ensemble Intercontemporain

Take part in this tribute to one of the greatest conductors and composers of our time, at the Philharmonie de Paris. The Ensemble Intercontemporain and soprano Yeree Suh perform under the baton of Matthias Pintscher.

On the program are some of Boulez' favorite compositions: Schönberg's Chamber Symphony No. 1 and a selection of Songs by Webern. Both composers had a great influence on Boulez's own composition 'Sur Incises' which will be the closing piece of the evening.
