Prices Person (All ages): £17 Duration Approximately 3 Hours About An evening of performance, laughs, and great pubs with an Actor/Comedian. We will meet inside The Westgate Pub! Our first stop will be the aptly named Westgate, the 12th Century gateway to Winchester. Then we will see The Great Hall and hear of the Legend of King Arthur. Then we will walk the High Street, before arriving at the world‐famous, Winchester Cathedral. Here will begin our discussion of the lady who left her mark on Winchester and the World‐Jane Austen. Our second pub stop will be The Eclipse Inn. After we will walk the banks of the River Itchen which inspired the works of poet John Keats. And finally we will see the somber Jane Austen House. Saving the best for last we will end our walk at The Wykeham Arms.
