Yevgenij Kissin: Dvorak Prague Festival
Sobre o Evento
At the Dvořák Prague Festival, the phenomenal pianist, Yevgeny Kissin, will perform works by Schubert and Scriabin at the Rudolfinum in Prague.
Yevgeny Kissin took up the piano when he was only two, and from the age of ten gave his first concerts to sensational acclaim; and yet the term 'child prodigy' does not really fit him. Even his very first performances (captured in recordings) reveal a soul thrilled with music, an absolute musicianship admitting of no technical obstacles.
The Dvořák Prague Festival is not only a celebration of the work of the musical genius and the world's most acclaimed Czech composer, Antonín Dvořák, but also an important social event. It is a parade of outstanding performers, conductors, internationally recognized orchestras, and chamber ensembles that come to Prague to present Dvořák's music and other works of world‐renowned composers to an international audience.
