Toast the arrival of the New Year with the Opera House Orchestra in Venice. Experience a concert with some of the most famous opera arias, and enjoy a buffet rich with Italian delicacies.

Self service, comfortably seated at tables of 10 people in the Sala delle Colonne (finger food service)
Aperitif:
olives Ascolana style, mixed vegetables, green olives, mixed chips, salty pastry, small flaky pastry pizzas, gondole of Russian salad in Venetian style, voulevant with cod fish creamed in Veneto style.
Dinner:
Italian style pasta (tomato and fresh basil) – montanara pasta (bacon, cream and mushrooms)
butter and sage meatballs — mushrooms cooked in olive oil, parsley and garlic in farmer style — cook's surprise — chicken supreme mediterranean style (pepper, corn and olives) – good luck lentils — octopus in viscount style (potatoes, black olives and green beans)
mountain flavours: prosciutto hand cut — soppressa from Veneto — grana padano IGP
variety of mountain cheeses from the Asiago upland — honeys and mustards
Panettone — Pandoro — Fruit
Fresh‐squeezed citrus juices – White and red wine – Sparkling wine and prosecco – Mineral water.

7:45 pm: Welcome cocktail with music by Vivaldi and Strauss, Sala delle Colonne
8:45 pm: Closing cocktail, Sala delle Colonne
8:50 pm : Opera House performance, Salone S. Giovanni
10:15 pm : Self Service Dinner, Sala delle Colonne
12 midnight: New Year's toast, Sala delle Colonne
1:00 am: Evening ends, Sala delle Colonne

Sekt aus Plastikbechern an Silvester entsprach nicht ganz unserer Vorstellung. Das Buffet war sehr gut, aber vom Papier oder aus dem Pizzakarton.

ne mérite meme pas 1 point tellement c'était nul . une véritable arnaque , des chanteurs qui ne valent rien , un buffet de patronage ou il fallait se battre pour une pizza merdique . a ne jamais plus inscrire dans vos propositions de catalogue

The buffet arrangements were inadequate. The food and wine were of poor quality; paper plates and plastic glasses just not acceptable at this price.

Es geht nicht um die Saenger ‐das war ok. Aber das angebliche Buffet entpuppte sich als Pizza im Karton'…. Plastikbecher und Plastikteller inclusive……
