This year, the iconic jazz singer and pianist Nat King Cole would have turned 100 years old. We now have the delight to experience his music by and with the artists and musicians who know it best.
American pianist Ben Paterson may still be relatively unknown in Sweden, but he has studied Nat King Cole and his trove of songs extensively, as has Chicago‐based singer Paul Marinaro. Ellen Andersson has garnered enormous acclaim in recent years and has been compared with the likes of Billie Holiday and Diana Krall. International bassist Hans Backenroth and Danish percussionist Kristian Leth will also be participating in this tribute concert.
