A visita ao palácio com áudio‐guia pode ser iniciada a qualquer momento durante o horário oficial de funcionamento. Tem uma duração entre 60 e 90 minutos. Recomendamos começar entre 10h e 15h30 durante o inverno (novembro a março) e entre 10h e 16h30 durante o verão (abril a outubro).
O palácio fecha durante o inverno (novembro a março) às 17h (última entrada às 16h30) e durante o verão (abril a outubro) às 18h (última entrada às 17h30).
