Gewandhausorchester Leipzig: Concert in Madrid
Sobre o Evento
The Gewandhausorchester Leipzig and conductor Andris Nelsons take to the stage in Madrid’s Auditorio Nacional de la Música for a performance of works by Larcher, Mozart and Tchaikovsky.
The Gewandhausorchester traces its illustrious history all the way back to the 1740s when a private society was founded to give concerts in the salons of Leipzig, making it one of the oldest ensembles of its kind in Germany.
