Conductor Gábor Takács‐Nagy leads the Liszt Academy Symphony Orchestra with flutist Kata Scheuring at the Liszt Academy. Two great works of Viennese Classicism will be followed by Schumann's most performed symphony.

Haydn's Symphony No. 94 is known as the 'Suprise' Symphony for it's unexpected kettledrum entrance. It will be followed by Mozart's Flute Concerto No. 1 which was commissioned by Dutch flutist Ferdinand de Jean. The evening ends with Schumann's Symphony No. 4.
