The finest works in the Spanish repertoire will resonate in some of Barcelona´s most important architectural and historic landmarks during this season of 'Masters of the Spanish Guitar'.

Guitarist David Russell is world‐renowned for his superb and inspired artistry. He received a Grammy Award in 2005 for his CD, 'Aire Latino' in the category of Best Instrumental Soloist in Classical Music. In recognition of his great talent and his international career, Russell was named Member of the Royal Academy of Music in London in 1997. In October 2003 he was awarded the 'Medal of Honor' of the Conservatorio de las Islas Baleares.
