'Kontraste' is the crowning finale of the 2019/20 season at the Odeon concerts. The concert will feature an exciting programme of works by Mendelssohn, Brahms, Bärmann and Bartók, as well as outstanding professors from the Munich University of Music and Theatre.
Georg Arzberger regularly plays as a guest in leading orchestras such as the Hamburg Philharmonic, the SWR Symphony Orchestra and the Deutsches Symphonieorchester Berlin. At the piano Markus Bellheim, whose extensive concert activities take him not only throughout Europe, but also to Asia and America. Recently he has worked with conductors Sylvain Cambreling, Jonathan Nott and composers Steve Reich, György Kurtág and Wolfgang Rihm, among others.
Together with their master students, Georg Arzberger and Markus Bellheim will present a varied early summer matinée in the Allerheiligen‐Hofkirche of the Residenz.
