As the days grow colder and the nights become darker, candlelight and festive attire brighten the majestic hall of the Great Orangery at Charlottenburg Palace (NB: The concert on 18th of January 2020 takes place in Neuer Flüger). Three centuries ago, the Prussian King Friedrich II danced through the winter months at splendid balls here with his court today, the Berlin Residence Orchestra enchants guests at the Orangery with a beautiful winter concert experience.

The chilling dissonance of Vivaldi’s Winter gives way to joyous arias by G.F. Handel and the virtuosic masterpieces of J.S. Bach. The outstanding soloists of the Berlin Residence Orchestra, together with the charming‐as‐ever Master of Ceremonies, promise an evening of unforgettable delight.
