Merkin Concert Hall's unparalleled acoustics, intimate scale and innovative programming have earned its reputation as one of New York City's finest concert venues. Twice a winner of the ASCAP/Chamber Music America prize for Adventurous Programming, Merkin has also been honored with numerous awards for the quality of its offerings.

Recent renovations have made important changes to the hall design, which provides the best possible acoustic support to Merkin Concert Hall's presentations. Known for its superb acoustics, Merkin also has state‐of‐the‐art audio visual capabilities, including updated infrared listening systems for the hearing impaired and a professional recording studio.

The concert hall is completely wheelchair accessible from concert entrance to concert seat, as are the restrooms. Patrons requiring wheelchair locations or aisle seats should mention this to the Classictic Customer Service when ordering tickets.
