Allow yourself to be dazzled by mezzo‐soprano Marianne Beate Kielland as she takes the stage with Jos van Immerseel and the glorious Budapest Festival Orchestra.

Works of C.P.E. Bach begin the celebration, with two symphonies typical, in their extreme brevity, of the early genre. A spirited cembalo concerto of the same composer follows with the conductor at the keyboard. Haydn's cantata Ariadne at Naxos, with Ms. Kielland as soloist, will bring the evening to a grand conclusion.
