Hindemith’s powerful 20th century showpiece and a striking new work by Graham Fitkin complement lyrical romantic miniatures by Sibelius, Enescu, Falla and Ravel, as well as some magical folk‐flavoured discoveries from Helseth’s native Norway. Expect to be charmed, entertained and – yes – moved by this wonderfully imaginative recital.
