John Williams is currently one of the most recognized composers of film soundtracks. Framed within a neo‐romantic style with influences from other composers like Wolfgang Korngold or Richard Wagner, Williams regularly uses the leitmotif, identifying characters, objects or places with musical motifs.

With a great track record and the successes of Star Wars, E.T., Harry Potter, Jurassic Park and Schindler’s List, among others, his compositions have become a soundtrack of our lives. Winner of the most prestigious film awards, his melodies transcend the screen and enjoy themselves.

In this special concert we present a selection of his best work without any visual distractions and you will also discover some the lesser known John Williams music of the big screen.
