At this year's Grafenegg Music Summer, the ensemble Il Giardino Armonico and Giovanni Antonini (flute and conductor) present a "Musical Voyage".

 

Il Giardino Armonico, Italy’s leading Baroque ensemble, is one of the most sought after groups of their kind. Because of their impassioned interpretations, the musicians gathered around Giovanni Antonni are prominent ambassadors of Baroque qualities of musical art and verve. The programme "Viaggio Musicale" offers a foray into selected masterpieces which, in the hands of Il Giardino Armonico, grow into living works of contemporary music.
