Giora Feidman, who recorded the Oscar‐winning film score for Steven Spielberg's 'Schindler's List', is considered the most famous klezmer clarinettist in the world, and his concerts are a special kind of experience — right from the first minute.

The winner of several classical music awards is not a sound purist, his tone is not polished but very emotional: sometimes big and weighty, then slender and elegant but always sensual and earthy. This is how he captivates a huge audience. In the Kazakh organ virtuoso Sergei Tcherepanov, who in addition to his international concert activities is a lecturer at the Musikhochschule in Lübeck, Giora Feidman has found an equal partner and counterpart. Folk, klezmer, contemporary compositions and works by J.S. Bach become an inseparable unit. They enter into a musical and ideal connection and the music, against the background of the different cultures, becomes an experience that opens spaces in our hearts.
