Hailed as the grand master of conductors, Sir John Eliot Gardiner leads this world‐class orchestra and choir in a rousing concert program of Haydn, Mendelssohn, and Bruckner.


The program features an astounding Haydn motet, the »Reformation Symphony« by Mendelssohn, who had converted to Protestantism, and Anton Bruckner’s Mass in D‐Minor, written »for the greater glory of God«; a selection of music ideally suited to Dresden’s Frauenkirche.
