Explore new ways of looking at the world with acclaimed Dutch architect Adriaan Geuze and the celebrated new music ensemble Asko|Schönberg. World‐renowned for his approach to urban and public spaces, the first half of this program offers a chance to hear Geuze speak, before the musicians of Asko|Schönberg play works by a trio of American composers. John Cage needs no introduction, but Pulitzer‐winning, nature‐inspired composer J.L. Adams and the young Huang Ruo, who conducts the world premiere of his new work, may be less familiar, and offer the tantalising promise of a new discovery.
