When Romeo and Juliet meet at a ball they fall passionately in love. But their families are sworn enemies, divided by a bitter feud. Can they stay together against a backdrop of hatred and hostility? Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet set to Prokofiev's music is surely the ideal arrangement for a ballet and an exquisite combination for open air performances. Enjoy this performance in the beautiful setting of The Xara Lodge by Infinitely Xara.

I have interpreted Romeo’s part in two successful productions and I believe that this upcoming classical ballet is the most natural way of telling an exciting story surrounded by the magnificent scenery of Malta and Mdina in the backdrop.
My approach will build on the traditions of the great full‐length ballets, in historical costumes, and I hope that the audience will be moved by truthful acting and dance performances of our artists.
