At MaerzMusik, the energetic instrumentalists of Berlin‐based Ensemble Adapter will present the newest works of composers of Turkish, Kurdish and Jordanian origin.

Composer and bağlama player Taner Akyol will appear as a guest of the ensemble; in his composition Hatirlamalar, he recalls his childhood from a Western music perspective integrating the bağlama (a traditional Turkish lute).
