Under the baton of Gintaras Rinkevičiu the star violinist Gidon Kremer will perform together with the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra at the Congress Concert Hall in Vilinius.

Let the sound of the violin evoke the nordic moods of Sibelius' native finland in you, the concerto for solo violin and orchestra being one of his most ambitious works. In the second part of the concert you will hear one of the best examples of 19th century symphonic music – Dvorák's Symphony No. 9, 'From the New World'.
