In 2010, CTO’s hugely popular "Five:20 – Operas Made in South Africa" initiative assembled five newly commissioned works by local composers and librettists, this was followed by a sold out season of "Two:30" which was staged in 2013. This season you will have yet another opportunity to see four new short South African operas.
Joining the team of composers and librettists this time are:

Joan Hambidge (writer) & Adrian More (composer): "Anti‐Laius"
Janice Honeyman (writer) & Sibusiso Njeza (composer): "Blood of Mine"
Laurence Allan (writer) & Robert Fokken (composer): "The Application"
