Peter Broadbent

Born in Lancashire, Peter Broadbent studied in Manchester, where he became Chorus Master and Assistant Conductor of the Manchester Opera Company, conducting performances of Faust, Macbeth and The Marriage of Figaro. He has been a frequent broadcaster on BBC Radios 3 & 4 and has worked with such distinguished conductors as Gennadi Rozhdestvensky and Mark Elder
