The Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra and the Wiener Singakademie will perform works by Debussy and Ravel under the baton of Yannick Nézet‐Séguin in "Hues of the French Impressionist Music".
The rich, subtle sonic undulations of the French impressionist music from the turn of the 20th century, be it the popular Debussy’s symphonic sketches or the love story of Ravel’s ballet and choir, are as astonishing and convincing today as at the time of their composition, one hundred years ago.
